How to buy Kaspersky retail products?

Kaspersky retail or consumer products are available in the IT shops, retail outlets, IT malls and selected Grameen Phone centers around the country. Nearly any IT vendor or firm can provide you with Kaspersky products. Officextracts as distributor does not sell direct to end-customers.

How to buy Kaspersky corporate licenses?

Most of the IT companies or firm including ISPs, involved in corporate IT supply, integration and business can provide you with the corporate range of licenses. You can also contact Officextracts to understand your product requirement and get a list of the companies who can sell you the licenses. Officextracts as distributor does not sell direct to end-customers.

Difference between Kaspersky retail and enterprise products?

Kaspersky boxed products for home and small business users are known as retail or consumer products. They include – Anti-Virus, Internet Security, PURE, Mobile Security, Anti Virus for Mac, Small Office Security 5 users and 10 user boxes. On the other hand Kaspersky Open Space Security suite is the corporate or enterprise product. It cannot be purchased off-the-shelf and is delivered in electronic licensing form. Minimum number of licensing starts at 10 users.

I need technical support.

I need training.

I have lost my Activation Code. What to do?

An unfortunate incidence. For your own safety we do not keep records of the activation codes. Nor is it possible. So, we cannot help in this situation. We cannot trace lost codes or activation keys for KAV, KIS, KMS, KAV for Mac, PURE and KSOS.

Corporate customers using Kaspersky Open Space Security suite licenses can however mail or contact us as the licenses are retraceable from the Kaspersky Lab database.

I have lost my CD media kit. What to do?

Simply download the software media from the Kaspersky website or contact us for the links to downloads.

I have exceeded my activation time. Why?

Activation times is restricted. To avoid piracy issues activation time is restricted. You can activate for a limited number of time. Contact us to know the time restriction frame.

I cannot install/activate my Kaspersky keys abroad, which I bought in Bangladesh.

Yes you cannot. Keys bought in Bangladesh have to be activated in Bangladesh only but can be used and updated abroad. Keys sold in Bangladesh are IP filtered as prices in Bangladesh are much cheaper than other countries.

I use Kaspersky and I need to renew the license.

Can I activate the license key without Internet connectivity?

No. You cannot. License activation procedure needs Internet connection.

I have valid Kaspersky license and a new version is released. Can I upgrade to the new version?

Yes you can. And it is free. You can either download the new version from www.kaspersky.com and use the existing license key, or call/email us for detail information.

Do I need to update my AV regularly?

Of course. You have to update your AV software regularly for new malware definitions.

I use a computer. Which product should I buy? Anti Virus or Internet Security?

Kaspersky Anti Virus is a basic protection scheme for your PC. If you are not surfing the web, emailing or being online Anti Virus is ok. It is also a good solution for pen drive / USB drives protection.

However, Kaspersky Internet Security is for users who are online, surfing, emailing etc. Anti Virus is a built-in feature of Internet Security. It also provides Anti-Spam, Personal Firewall, and Parental Control etc.

I am a corporate user. I only have workstations in a LAN. No Servers. What solution should I use?

I am a corporate user. I have a Windows Server and workstations only. What solution should I use?

Kaspersky Business Space Security. Please check "here" for full features. Corporate licensing starts at 10 users and above.

I am a corporate user. I have a Windows Server, Mail Server and workstations. What solution should I use?

Kaspersky Enterprise Space Security. Please check "here" for full features. Corporate licensing starts at 10 users and above.

Solutions are available for Linux, Exchange and Lotus Domino platforms on the Mail Server.
