The updated product provides comprehensive protection for workstations and file servers running under the Windows operating system.
The newly launched Kaspersky Small Office Security will be particularly useful for the growing number of small businesses in Bangladesh. “As every business requires Internet to grow revenues and expand reach, the corresponding exposure to online threats is huge. The product is equipped to check for malicious code and links to phishing websites hidden inside communications sent via IM systems (ICQ and MSN).
KSOS is available as a boxed version (in combination packages of 1 server + 5 workstations and 1 server + 10 workstations) including all the components necessary for a quick installation and launch. It is MS Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 compatible and comes with a special price tag for the Bangladesh market. . Customization is kept to a minimum as the default settings are already optimized for most small enterprises. The new released KSOS is simple to use and does not require any advanced IT skills, which means the services of an IT specialist are not required. The new user-friendly interface means that the system can be up and running in no time.
